Rental Applications
There is no application fee
| Required Documents |
- State I.D., Driver's License or Student I.D.
- School Acceptance letter /I Card is required for all U of I students.
- Most recent paycheck stubs.
- Any other proof of taxable income; For example: SSI, child support, financial aid, student loans, grants, scholarships, etc.
- Apartment deposits are equal to one full month's rent .
