Problem Solving Tips

1. The garbage disposal has a reset button located on the bottom of the main unit inside of the sink cabinet.
   
   
2. Many hot water heaters (usually located in a closet) have a red reset button either exposed or behind a metal piece with screws attached. Within an hour of the button being pressed, hot water should be working.
   
   
3. If a toilet is clogged or overflowing, per your lease, you need to try plunging the toilet. If our maintenance is called out to plunge a toilet and plunging solves the problem, you can be charged a fee of $20 during office hours or $40 after maintenance office hours.
   
   
4. If your smoke detector is beeping periodically this is normally an indication that the battery needs to be replaced, which is each resident's responsibility.
