Q. I would like to rent a parking space, what is available?
Every apartment building has different parking specifications. Some have all covered or all outdoor parking, while others have a mixture of both. Parking is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please ask your leasing agent about parking options when you are ready to sign a lease. If you would like to rent a parking space, email your Name, Full Address, and Phone Number to parking@cpm-apts.com .
Q. Someone is parked in the parking lot without a parking tag, what should I do?
A. Parking at CPM is based on a tag system. You may park in any space that is not marked handicap as long as you have purchased a tag. You should call Reynold's Towing at (217) 337 - 0913 if you return to your building and find no available spaces. They will then tow any cars that do not have a tag displayed in their rear view mirror.
Q. I'm not a CPM resident, may I rent a parking space anyway?
A. Yes. We will rent parking to non-residents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Keep in mind that early in the leasing season we will hold spaces for our residents. Contact the leasing office at (217) 328 - 3030 for information about when parking becomes publically available.
