Q. Does CPM offer any semester or short-term leases?
A. We will offer semester leases at some of our on-campus locations, but not all of them. Availibility will vary from season to season so please contact the office to find out which properties qualify for a semester lease. We do not offer month-to-month leases at any of our properties.

Q. What if I want to sublease my apartment?
A. Listed below are our subleasing procedures:

• All Subleases are done by appointment only, Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• The lessees account must be current (no past due rent, late fees, etc.).
• A $25 administrative fee is due at the time of signing the sublease.
• All lessees must be present at the time of signing. If any lessee cannot be present at the time of signing, we must have a notarized letter prior to signing the sublease from non-present lessees. The letter needs to state: "I agree to all terms and conditions my roommates set forth in a sublease." The notarized signature and address need to be with this statement. One original lessee must be present to do a sublease.
• Sublessees need to bring a photo ID (drivers license, school ID, etc.).
